Kopke, Fine White Porto - white port berry varieties Arinth, Viozino, Gouveia and Malvasia Fino. These native Portuguese grape varieties removed from the vines manually. After separation from the delicate ridges berries are pressed, macerated and fermented. After the fermentation is added grape brandy. Future port passes endurance of at least 3 years.
Fine White Porto is characterized by velvety and balanced taste with a range of fruit and floral hues. The delicate sweetness of it is intertwined with the acidity, accentuated with bright hues of citrus in the aroma. This port is available for smoked fish, ham, roasted nuts and sweets, and fruit carpaccio. With its expressive taste it looks great on their own, as a bright and memorable aperitif.
