Wine "Kaiken Reserva" Cabernet Sauvignon is made from Cabernet Sauvignon with the addition of a small percentage of Malbec grown in the vineyards Perdriel, Lunlunta and Agrelo in the region of Mendoza. Maceration on the skins for 7 days pass at a temperature not above 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out under strictly controlled temperature of 25-28ºC for 10-12 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation, which lasts 10-15 days. 40% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. Carried out before bottling soft filtering. Recommended to decant the wine for 15 minutes before use. Vintage 2012 can be drunk now, and it has good potential storage for 5 years.
