Sparkling wine is golden straw color.
Cava Gran 2007 has excellent balance, quite dense, crystalline structure and a long finish. Decanting reveals delicate undertones of white flowers, interwoven with hints of peach and melon.
Elegant fragrance demonstrates delightful shades of white flowers, stewed apples, hay and minerals.
The wine is perfect as an aperitif, perfect complement to seafood, white meat poultry, also served with caviar, oysters and fish dishes.
