Reviews of purchase John Duval, Entity, 2008
Wine of deep purple-garnet color.
The wine has a well structured taste with excellent concentration tones of black berries, typical Barossa wine region. Aftertaste - a long and rich, balanced tannins.
The aroma of wine felt notes of blackberry and plum, combined with hints of mocha and oak.
The wine goes well with meat dishes, game and cheeses.
"Entities Shiraz 2008 has a deep purple-garnet color and rich aroma with notes of cherry liqueur, cassis, mint, chocolate, anise and hints of spices and tree bark. The rich and" tional ", not too alcoholic, this wine is a perfect example balanced Shiraz with characteristic flavors of black berries and spices in a long aftertaste. It should uncork not earlier than a year or two and enjoy it at least until 2020, "- Lisa Perotti-Brown," Robert Parker's Wine Advocate ", December 2010.
