Wine Jean-Max Roger, "Cuvee G.C.", Sancerre AOC, 2011
Reviews of purchase Jean-Max Roger, "Cuvee G.C.", Sancerre AOC, 2011
The color of wine - pale straw with a slight golden tinge.
The taste of wine is soft at the beginning, but dense and rich in the future, with refreshing acidity and a juicy, fruity flavor (citrus, ripe apple). A long elegant finish.
The aroma of wine is full bodied, with notes of ripe fruit (plum varieties "Mirabelle"), sweet citrus tones and nuances of vanilla and raisins.
Wine is served as an aperitif, harmonizes with shellfish, fish dishes, white meats, blue cheeses.
