Since then, he has come a long and difficult path from humble idealist who tried to translate their dreams into reality, to the owner of the most luxurious restaurant in Hollywood and the creator of his own wines.
Winery "Jean Leon" was founded in 1963 Cheferino Carrión. Dreaming of becoming a movie star, he went to Hollywood under the pseudonym "Jean Leon." Career did not work out, and Cheferino joined the famous Hollywood restaurant "Villa Capri", owned by Frank Sinatra. The actor died in an accident shortly before the opening of the restaurant, and Jean Leon became the owner of the restaurant "La Scala", which is very fond of many Hollywood stars - Humphrey Bogart, Fred Astaire, Gary Cooper, Marlon Brando, Marilyn Monroe ...
However, Jean Leon went on and became the winemaker. In 1963 he established the winery in Catalonia "by Jean Leon", which has become now a new concept.
