Tasting Notes
The wine is an intense ruby-red color.

Italo Cescon, Merlot, Piave DOC - a complex red wine, created from the same grape that grows on the vineyard in the commune of Fontanelle Piave. Harvesting is carried out in the third decade of September. Predfermentatsionnaya maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 5 ° C for 5 days. Traditional maceration lasts 10 days.
