Tasting Notes
Wine brilliant pale yellow.
The taste of wine is rounded, balanced and persistent. It contains shades of pineapple, passion fruit, mango and peach, which are supported by juicy, fresh acidity.
The magnificent aromatic power of the wine is expressed in tones of tropical fruits, tinted with nuances of flowers and nuts.
Wine is an excellent aperitif, served to snacks, salads, white meat, fish and seafood.
Interesting Facts
Taste wine "Ribera del Segura" Blanco, Jumilla DOP generously filled with shades of tropical fruits. This is pure exotic in a glass. The grapes of the Airen and Macabeo varieties are harvested by hand from the northern parts of the District of Columbia in Jumilla, 750-800 meters above sea level. During fermentation, the temperature regime is strictly controlled to achieve maximum aromatic expressiveness. Next, the wine is aged on the lees to give the taste of volume.
Founded in 1870, Bodegas Alceno became the first commercial winery in the Jumilla region. Vines are planted at an altitude of 600 to 800 meters on stony and chalky soils in the transition zone between the Mediterranean coast and the central plateau of Castile-La Mancha. Passion for wine made Alseno wines famous for their quality. Production over time is adapted to new technologies, and the taste of wines - to the requirements of modern consumers. It is currently part of the Familia Bastida .
