The wine is recommended to serve chicken dishes, grilled meats and cheeses.
Vintage 2011 turned out to be very interesting, because the climatic conditions the spring-summer period were very unpredictable. Weather improvement was observed only at the end of the summer, and when the mild and dry fall down on the vineyards, the favorable impact on the ripening grapes and its subsequent assembly. The result of this difficult year was a small crop of very high quality, even better than collected in previous years. In this case, the wine has a balanced structure, intense, fresh floral and fruity aroma and harmonious taste with bright notes of red fruits.
