Reviews of purchase Hannes Sabathi, "Steirischer Mischsatz", 2015
The wine is straw-colored with a pale green tint.
The wine has an intense, harmonious, pleasant taste with rounded fruity notes and refined nuances of spices. The wine shows good pity, elegance and perseverance.
In the rich aroma of wine, notes of green apples, spicy strokes of dry herbs and playful nuances of gooseberry are highlighted.
The wine is ideally combined with dishes from white meat, fried fish, poultry and soft cheeses.
