Tasting Notes
The wine shows a delicate pale pink color.
The wine has a pleasant, refreshing, roundish, harmonious taste with bright acidity, notes of lemon, strawberries, strawberries, raspberries and sweet spices, with balanced acidity and a clean, long finish with mineral shades.
The wine seduces a fresh, juicy aroma with notes of citrus, herbs and strawberry jam.

Interesting Facts
Gueissard, "Les Papilles" Rose, Cotes de Provence AOC - an exquisite dry pink wine made from the grapes of Senso, Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache and Vermentino grapes grown in the vineyards of the company Cote de Provence on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is carried out from August 23 to September 22 manually in small boxes. The berries are carefully sorted, 20% of the crop is macerated on the skin, the remaining 80% are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature. The wine is aged on fine sediment and bottled in accordance with the lunar calendar.

Les Vignobles Gueissard was founded in 2010 by Pauline Giraud and Clement Minn. The domain is located in the heart of the name Bandol, vineyards extend to the communes of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Cader, Castellé and Saint-Ann-d'Evenos, covering about twenty hectares. Such coverage of the territory allows providing vineyards with a wide variety of soils. The company's philosophy is to respect and respect for nature, so most of the work in the vineyards is done manually. High quality and originality - the main mission of the company, for this we use the most modern methods of winemaking based on ancient traditions.
