Gravity winery implies the presence of several levels, the maximum number of which is seven. Levels are arranged from top to bottom immediately one above the other or as a cascade. That is why gravity wineries are often built in the hills or create artificial mounds. The main idea of gravity winemaking is to avoid any mechanical effect on the wine, that is, the wine moves down the chain due to the force of gravity. The first floor of such a winery is located at the very top of the hill and is the receiving point where the harvested from the vineyards is brought. Fermentation is carried out on the second floor, and decantation on the third. The fourth floor is a cellar for aging wines specially equipped with barrels and vats. On the fifth floor, winery masters blended wines, achieving their unrivaled sound. On the sixth floor, the wine is bottled, and then sent to the seventh, where the finished product is shipped.
The label of the wine "Gravitatsiya" Pinot Noir-Shiraz, Red shows a snail in honor of a snail farm, located next to the Chateau Pinot. Exquisitely prepared snails from this farm are often served at Chateau Pino's own restaurant.

The family winery of Chateau-Pino is located in an incredibly beautiful place near Novorossiysk, which fascinates with its landscape - from its territory you can see the green hills on one side and the sea surface on the other. Vineyards with an area of 25 hectares are located on the slopes from 180 to 270 meters above sea level. Thanks to varying heights, favorable conditions were chosen for each variety - from the thermophilic Shiraz to the cooler of Pinot Noir.
The company's portfolio is represented by two brands - "Myskhako Manor" and "Chateau Pino", whose wines are on the market since 2015.
