Straw yellow with pale green highlights.
The taste of the wine is full, rich and fragrant, intense, refreshing, very persistent.
The aroma of the wine opens with notes of passion fruit and prickly pear, which develop in the direction of citrus shades (candied lemon) and floral components (chamomile and dandelion).
The wine can be consumed as an aperitif, it also goes well with appetizers, salads, vegetable dishes, fish (in sauce, stewed), cheeses.
Wine "Gorgon" is produced in small batches from the harvest from one small vineyard area of about one hectare in the middle of the amphitheater, protected from strong sea winds. The vineyard apply organic farming methods.
