Reviews of purchase Glen Carlou, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2012
The wine is dark plum color.
The taste of wine, medium density with well integrated oak notes, flexible smooth tannins, hints of black cherry and plum, which pass into the bittersweet tone of dark chocolate. The finish is clean, long, with hints of ripe fruit.
In the bright aromatic bouquet of wine presented tones of ripe red berries and black currants, which are complemented by a touch of menthol.
The wine will be the perfect pair of roast duck, meat dishes (pork, beef), vegetable garnish and mashed potatoes.
