Tasting Notes
Wine is incredibly brilliant, opaque purple-ruby color.
The wine has a rich, smooth taste with velvety tannins and good length.
The wine has an intense aroma with notes of wild cherry and blackberry, complemented by notes of roasted hazelnuts, espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla and cocoa butter, with spicy nuances of cloves.
The wine goes well with most meat dishes, chicken in sauce, stuffed poultry, rabbits, and mature cheeses.

Wine Giramonte category of "super-premium" is created in the Tenuta di Castiglioni, ancient manor house Frescobaldi family, it is located 30 km north-west of Florence, in the area of Chianti Colli Fiorentini.
