Tasting Notes
Wine warm golden color with amber highlights.
The wine has a rounded, srednetelym taste with hints of peach, citrus and spicy nuances characteristic of a harmonious long aftertaste.
In the complex aroma of the wine is dominated by notes of lychee, pineapple, orange blossom.
Wine is perfect for foie gras, sharp cheeses, desserts and is an excellent aperitif.
Interesting Facts
Unlike most Alsace wines, the wines contain residual sugar, which provides a high viscosity, whereby in its quality, they resemble honey. However, this is compensated by the saturation of fruit acidity, and the wine becomes cloying.
