"Gewurztraminer" from farm Trimbach - expressive, beautifully balanced wine with a very attractive aroma, which shows classical restraint, without losing the exotic spices and specific to the class. The grapes for this wine are harvested from vineyards around the village of Ribeauvillé. Limestone interspersed with rocky soil produces juicy, well-structured wine. The berries are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Exposure is performed in steel containers at temperature control. Wine storage capacity of up to 5 years.

Traminer - a very rare grape variety, he was introduced to Alsace in the early XVI century. The earliest mention of the production of wine from this variety are in 1511.
