For the production of wine is used only whole, ripe, healthy grapes. After combing and crushing, the resulting waste is fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 18-22 ° C. When the sugar concentration reaches 20-30 g / l, fermentation is stopped by cooling to -4 ° C.
