The world-renowned media company HBO and the Californian winery Vintage Wine Estates decided to give fans of the Game of Thrones series a warming gift by releasing a line of wines of the same name. The topography of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros is as diverse as the wine, which is presented in the line. Master winemaker Bob Cabral called on his legendary skills to make wines worthy of the Iron Throne. The grapes for making the "Game of Thrones" Pinot Noir are made from crops from vineyards located in the cool Willamette Valley in northern Oregon.
