Reviews of purchase Gaja, "Magari", Ca Marcanda, Toscana IGT, 2011
Tasting Notes
Characterized by a deep garnet color.
The taste is balanced, full-bodied, elegant, velvety tannins, fresh, beautiful and flavorful fruit tones.
In the aromatic bouquet trapped fruity notes of plum jam and black currant (typical of Merlot) and spice tones (typical of Cabernet), tone raspberries and blueberries, as well as the nuances of minerals and graphite.
Wine will be a good match meat dishes, vegetable salads, risotto and perfectly accentuate the taste of cheese.
