Reviews of purchase Franz Haas, Pinot Nero, Alto Adige DOC, 2014
Wine of intense ruby color.
This wine has a juicy fruit flavor with deep acidity, silky tannins and notes of sweet spices. The finish is long and inspiring, with nuances of jasmine and anise.
The aroma of wine combines notes of wild strawberry, menthol, eucalyptus, sweet spices.
The wine goes well with game, especially pheasant, duck, braised meat, red meat and mature cheeses.
Pinot Nero - favorite brand of Franz Haas. His most difficult to tame, it is not always possible to make an elegant wild horse. Therefore wine from Pinot Noir "will never be the wine for everyone, only for those who live strong emotions."
