Red dry wine "Primitivo", 2013 from the first minute dating charms elegant fruity-spicy aroma and rich, harmonious taste with a long elegant finish. It is produced by the local Primitivo grapes, which are harvested by hand at the end of August and immediately delivered to the winery for a soft pressing. Vinification carried out at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Secondary malolactic fermentation and aging of new wine take place in stainless steel tanks until June.
Primitivo grapes, gave its name to the guilt, is a dark-skinned variety, widely used for the production of Italian winemakers as semi-dry and sweet red wines. Deep color, expressive aroma, intense flavor, with velvety tannins and high alcohol content, make wine "Primitivo" recognizable and very popular. This early-ripening grapes grow on dry clay-limestone soils of the region of Puglia and forced to delve back into the ground in search of water, which leads to low yields and the maturation of a very fragrant berries with concentrated fruit flavors.
