Reviews of purchase Fattoria di Basciano, Chianti Rufina DOCG, 2018
Tasting Notes
Wine rich ruby color.
The taste of wine is soft, dense, rounded, with a velvety tannin structure, expressive acidity and a long, elegant berry aftertaste.
The wine has a pleasant fruity aroma with notes of ripe cherry, blackberry and blueberry, which comes to replace the nuances of cotton candy, nutmeg, cloves and coffee beans.
Wine is preferably supplied to the barbecue, grilled red meat, stews, beef stew or aged cheeses. Before serving, aeration is recommended.
