Pink dry wine "Le Mongolfiere a San Bruno" has been created in honor of the remarkable events that occurred on October 6. In this magical holiday at the winery celebrated day of St. Bruno. On the same day began the annual grape harvest. At the edge of the vineyard landed two large multicolored balloons, and had assembled the first Aglianico grape varieties.
At the beginning of XX century Giovanni and Teresa Kotroneo founded the farm. Acquiring new lands in areas Ciurica, Rivolta and Roseto, they have created one of the largest and most productive farms in the province of Benevento. After their death, more than 120 hectares of land were distributed among eight children. In 1991, two brothers - Mario and Bruno - decided to pool their land to the overall company "Ciurrica SNC", who grow grapes and sell it to other wineries. In 1997, Paolo, the third generation of family Kotroneo, evaluating the quality of family vineyards, has decided to produce their own wine. Thus was born the Fattoria La Rivolta. In the same year, together with the sisters Giovanna and Gabriela and cousin Giancarlo it starts restoring the massive stone house of the XVIII century and the organization it wineries, as well as the restructuring of vineyards. After conversion, the vineyards have been certified organic production. In January 2001, the world saw the first bottle of wine signed by family Kotroneo. And already in 2004, the wine Fattoria La Rivolta begin to be exported outside Italy. Today the wines are present in many countries around the world.
Winery Fattoria La Rivolta led Paolo Kotroneo fearless, not afraid to start their own production of wine, called the new star in the sky Wine Campaign. Wines Paolo repeatedly received high awards, and "Terra di Rivolta" was awarded an incredible rating of 3 stars (Super-TreStelle) from the prestigious wine guide "Vini di Veronelli, 2014".
