Chianti "Montalbano" Riserva from the company Tenuta Cantagallo - dry red wine that is produced from famous grape Sangiovese. His crop harvested in mid-October, when fully ripe berries. Tenuta Cantagallo (Tenuta Cantagallo) - winery, whose name translates as "the singing rooster", belongs to the family Peratstsuolli since 1970. Fattoria Ambra has been owned by the Romei Rigoli family since the middle of the last century. The farm is located near the Ombrone River and the villa Medicea di Poggio a Caiano. The name of the estate comes from the poem "Ambergris", written in the 15th century by Lorenzo Il Magnifico.
The total area of vineyards is 20 hectares, they are located in the Carmineano region. On the vines grow grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon (known as Uva Francesca), Canaiolo, etc. Since the harvest of 2018, all wines are organic certified.
