Wine "Vigneti Sant'Helena" Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso created from grapes of Refosco, which detects the maximum power during the slow aging in oak barrels. The wine has a fresh, gooey taste with a silky texture and long finish. Intense aroma of wine, slightly tannic. Extract of wine after a 25-day maceration in closed tanks carried in barrels of Slavonian and French oak and lasted 18 months. Refosco is ideal to fried, grilled or stewed meat and game.
The trademark owner Fantinel, Mario Fantinel previously contained several hotels and restaurants. Despite his success in this area, at one point, he was literally pulled to the ground, with the result that there was a family business Fantinel in Friuli.
