Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru Les Folater - beautiful elegant wine with a pleasant mineral tone. Folater vineyard is located in the heart of Puligny Montrachet. In the production of pressed grapes, and cooled at 12C for 18-24 hours. Further alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a temperature from 18 to 20C for 3 weeks. Shutter speed is carried out within 12 months in oak barriques 33% of which - new. Ripening period of 5 years.

Etienne Sauzee was born in 1903. After Sauzee inherited several vineyards, he decided to launch its wine production. Etienne began buying vineyards, and by 1950, his estate is occupied 12 hectares. After the death of Sauzee in 1975 the estate management to take his daughter Janine's daughter and her husband Gerard. Domain Etienne Sauzee produces a wide range of wines, partly purchasing grapes from local farmers.
