Roberto, having received a bachelor's degree in international communication and experience in several hotels in Europe. returned to his homeland to continue the family business. In the summer of 2014, he received the certificate "Olive Oil Taster". Nicola received a Master of Science degree in computer engineering in 2009 and over the next few years worked as a software developer, but every year he increasingly felt that his real passion was interaction with nature. Today Nicola is responsible for managing production processes, developing new strategies and ... beekeeping.
