Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru - full-bodied and rich red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the same class Grand Cru vineyard, the soil is composed of clay and limestone. Grapes are hand picked fully ripe and is carefully sorted, then it is placed in a pneumatic press, which produces a soft pressing, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Wine kept for 18 months in oak barrels, 30% of which - new. Corton Grand Cru-Bressand has excellent potential storage - more than 20 years.
Manor Edmon Cornu & Fils was founded in 1956 by Edmond Cornu, who almost immediately (in 1959) produced the first vintage of wine. Initially the wine sold companies NEGOTIANT, but as there were new customers and expand production, through hard work, ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit of Edmond, manor passed on their own sales. Vineyards estates with a total area of 13.5 hectares located in four communes: fret Shore, Aloxe-Corton and Savigny. The delicate, refined and elegant - three words which can describe wine Edmond Cornu.
