Cognac Dupuy "Tentation" XO includes o-de-vie from Grand Champagne, Petit Champagne and Phin Bois. The main grape variety is Uni Blanc, 5% is Colombar. Distilled alcohols are aged in barrels made of limousine oak, which are specially made in the Taranso cooperative workshop. The first year they are aged in new barrels, and then poured into the old 10-year olds. The minimum aging time for cognacs included in the blend is 15 years, the maximum - 25.

The history of the dynasty Bache-Gabrielsen like French fairy tale, where it all began with a love of a young Norwegian lieutenant Thomas Bash Gabrielsena a beautiful French girl from a respected wine-making family Willard.
