Wine ruby red color with garnet reflections.
The wine has a balanced, complex flavors with silky tannins, juicy palette of shades of black fruit and a long, elegant finish.
Bunch of wine - a complex and multi-faceted - opened at the same notes of currant, blackberry aromas of underbrush and subtle nuances of cigars.

Interesting Facts
The origin of the vineyard Chateau Branaire-Ducru is traced in the XVII century, when they were part of the estate Chateau Beychevelle, whose owner died in 1642 and left a lot of unpaid bills. In order to repay credit obligations Chateau with its lands were sold. The castle and the accompanying territory was divided between the new owners. Among them was Jean Baptiste Braner, who purchased the land in 1680 and founded the estate Chateau Braner-Ducret. Today household owns more than 60 hectares of beautiful old vineyards that are in excellent condition. The soil consists mainly of vineyards gravel, making wine estates have excellent tannin basis on which to develop wines for decades. Also important is the biodynamic cultivation of vines features: grass between the vines are not destroyed by pesticides and grows freely. This method helps to naturally limit yields, helps to protect the grapes from drought, and allows environmentally friendly wine.
