Established in 1933, the line "Bush" - one of the oldest, consisting of special Belgian beers, is the flagship of the brewery Brasserie Dubuisson.
"Bush Amber" - light amber top-fermented strong beer, which create a secret jealously guarded by brewers for 65 years. Beer is made from an exclusive malt, hops, natural sugar, water extracted from sources in the cellars of the brewery, and exclusive brewery yeast. The use of caramel malt, know-how and patience Brewers (beer aged from 4 to 6 weeks) gives, as a result, a unique characteristic of amber beer with a bitter-sweet mild flavor and a high density of 12% ethyl alcohol level, which makes it one of the the strongest among Belgian beers.
Dubuisson is the oldest brewery in Wallonia. It was created in 1769 by Joseph Leroy, the maternal line ancestor of the present owner Hugo Dyubyuissona. Eight generations of brewers family succeeded each other, not only changed the family brewery belonging Dyubyuisson and its location. For many years the brewery has gone through many upheavals Dyubyuisson: she suffered from the invasion of Napoleon's troops in the early XIX century by German troops in 1914 and 1940. But every time the family Dyubyuisson proudly rose and walked forward, selflessly restoring economy. In 1933, Alfred Dyubyuisson grandfather Hugo decided to create a Belgian beer in the English style, very fashionable at the time. He called his beer "Bush Beer." The recipe of this beer has remained unchanged for 75 years and is one of the oldest brands of Belgian beer, for which there is still a large demand.
Brewery Dyubyuisson until today remains true to its principles and values unchanged: to be independent brewery; produce natural beer without any artificial additives; phase-out of the so-called "Private Label Beer" (beer one recipe, which is sold under various brand names); complete personal control over the brewing process.
