Wine of rich red-ruby color.
The wine has a generous, enveloping, rich taste, enchanting with richness of fruit shades. In an elegant chord, nuances of plum, ripe cherries, tinted with liquorice and chocolate on a magnificent tannin background are especially prominent. A long, juicy aftertaste abounds with floral notes and gentle accents of spices.
The aroma of wine is bright, multifaceted, with expressive fruit and berry halftones, nuances of tobacco and intriguing allusions to spices.
This wine is best served with stew, game, pâté, grilled vegetables, as well as goat cheeses. Perfectly combines with the dishes of Tuscan cuisine.
Red dry Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG represents the famous Tuscan region and the no less famous area of Brunello di Montalcini. This is a classic Sangiovese, with the first seconds of tasting charming with juiciness and fullness of the fruit scale.
For its creation the harvest is collected in early October. Berries are carefully sorted twice. In small, collected in the same small clusters, concentrates an elegant, balanced taste with a refined acidity and expressive tannin. After fermentation, the wort is kept in oak vats for a minimum of 30 months, while in the second and third years of aging the wine is kept in barrels of French and Slavonian oak.

In 1998, Donatella Cinelli Colombini entered the heritage rights of two estates and continued the family business. In the process of winemaking, she skillfully combined long-standing traditions with modern methods of vinification. In addition, Donatella in collaboration with research scientists and the "Union of winemakers" was able to revive one of the oldest vines - Folja Tonda. To date, Donatella has been working successfully with an oenologist from France, Valerie Lavigne, who has worked in such well-known estates as Chateaux d'Yquem, Chateaux Margaux and Chateaux Cheval Blanc.
