Wine of beautiful cherry color with ruby tint.
The taste of wine is well balanced. He fascinates with delightful tannins, which softened the oak wood. The aftertaste is long, smooth and full.
In the aroma of wine, the notes of plum and blackcurrant are dominated, decorated with subtle spicy nuances of anise, licorice, cocoa and cinnamon.
The wine is well combined with venison, beef, lamb, meat delicacies and mature cheeses.
The wine "Don Aurelio" Reserva has an unusually smooth texture and a rich bouquet. It is made from selected grapes of Tempranillo, grown at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. Grapes are harvested by hand and, after prolonged maceration and fermentation, the resulting wine material is aged in French oak barrels for at least 36 months. The wine "Don Aurelio" Reserve requires decantation for half an hour. Among his awards are the Gold Medal "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles" and the silver medal "International Wine & Spirit Competition".
