Wine "Don Aurelio" Garnacha, Valdepenas DO
Reviews of purchase "Don Aurelio" Garnacha, Valdepenas DO
The wine is purple-red with violet-blue reflections.
The taste of wine is revealed by the shades of sweet dark fruits, herbs and spices. A pleasant, rich, balanced aftertaste preserves tender tannins and fruit sourness.
In the intense, fruity aroma of wine there are nuances of wild herbs, liquorice and minerals.
The wine will be steamed with all kinds of red meat, stewed meat, barbecue, meat sliced and cheeses.
Due to the stable quality and emphasis on varietal characteristics, the wine "Don Aurelio" Garnacha is one of the best wines of Valdepeñas. Its bright fruity bouquet retains even after aging in new and old oak barrels, which acquires an interesting depth thanks to the appearances of spices.
The wine "Don Aurelio" Garnacha won a silver medal at the Expovinu exhibition in 2010.

In 2001, the factory was moved from Valdepenas to its current location near the motorway Autovia del Sur, a unique place in the heart of the vineyard, thus highlighting a clear commitment Navarro Doroteo Donado to environmental factors. Since 2002, Navarro Lopez begins to produce wine "Tierra de Castilla". To further expand the company's wine series were acquired vineyards located in the areas of Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Rueda.
