Reviews of purchase Domini Veneti, Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC "La Casetta", 2017
Wine of intense ruby red color with a purple hue.
Full, warm, complex, velvety and soft taste of wine filled with the sweetness of ripe tannins, tones of ripe fruits and nuts. Spectacular spicy aftertaste observed nuances of dried fruits.
The wine has a very fragrant, bright and rich bouquet with expressive tones of cherry, vanilla and other spices.
This wine goes well with a variety of dishes from red meat, especially game, grilled and braised meat. It also serves to barley and pumpkin soups, mushroom ragout with polenta, cold meats and ripe cheese with a strong taste.
