Wine "Domini Veneti" Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is aged in French barriques for 18 months, then 12 months in bottle. It is recommended to uncork a bottle of wine for at least 2 hours before serving. Wine is ideal for large glasses.

Winery Cantina Valpolicella Negrar was organized in 1933 from several small manufacturers uncompetitive. Today Cantina Negrar - an association of 180 winegrowers, one of the largest wine-producing cooperatives in Italy. They advise and coordinate the activities of about 200 owners of vineyards, whose total area is 500 hectares. Old recipes combined with modern innovations that are used with great caution and care - a guarantee of high quality. All the vineyards are located on the slopes of the hills of Valpolicella Classico region north-west of Verona. Annual production capacity now stands at over 8 million bottles of wine produced from more than 60,000 quintals (13 million. Pounds) of grapes.
