Wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is aged in French barriques for 18 months, then 12 months in bottle. It is recommended to uncork the bottle wine at least 2 hours prior to serving. Wine is ideal for large glasses.

Winery Cantina Valpolicella Negrar was organized in 1933 from several small manufacturers uncompetitive. Today Cantina Negrar - an association of 180 winegrowers, one of the largest wine-producing cooperatives in Italy.
