Domaine de la Bongran located on 15 hectares of rolling hills commune Quintaine (Makkonen) and belongs to the famous winemaker Jean Thevenin and his son Gauthier. Vintage coated with noble mold, going here traditionally by hand. Grapes undergoes a soft-pressed on the pneumatic press, after which the purified juice is poured into steel tanks or oak barrels for slow fermentation. The wine is bottled and aged to wine cellars from several months to several decades.

Domaine de la Bongran is located on 15 hectares of rolling hills in the municipality of Quintaine (Maccone) and belongs to the famous winemaker Jean Thevenet and his son Gauthier. The grape harvest, covered with noble mold, is traditionally harvested by hand. Grapes are subjected to soft pressing on a pneumatic press, after which the purified juice is poured into steel containers or oak barrels for slow fermentation. The finished wine is bottled before tasting and aged in cellars from several months to several decades.
