Wine pale yellow.
The bright taste of the wine refreshes citrus chord, softened tones of garden fruit. Pure mineral notes appear in the invigorating aftertaste.

Domaine de l'Enchantoir, "La Cuvee de l'Arguray" Chardonnay, Saumur AOC is a white wine with an attractive freshness in taste. Handpicked Chardonnay grapes after alcoholic fermentation are kept on their own lees to keep its lively fruit tones in a bouquet. Wine is served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to clams, fish and cheeses.
Domaine de l'Enchantoir is an estate whose history is connected with the vine. Located in the heart of the Saumur region in the village of Le Puy Notre-Dame, it is surrounded by vineyards from the 16th century. Rich soils mixed with clay and limestone contribute to the development of the character and complexity of the taste of local wines. The possession of Domaine de l'Enchantoir extends over 17 hectares, which since 2016 are certified by Ecocert. Fabienne and Jean-Michel Brunet, the current owners, honor long-standing traditions and constantly improve the quality of wines produced.
