Domaine du Carrou Sancerr e Blan - dry white wine, created by Dominique Roger and named after the farm where it is produced. Usually the term "Carrou" refer to the territory of the estate, adjacent to the basement. Another meaning of the word is most often used in ancient times - "a crossroads." And it is precisely this symbolic value for the domain name as agriculture identifies with the territory where it is located. Namely - points to a combination of three types of soils typical of the region: 60% of the soil is limestone, 25% - clay and 15% - silicon. This combination of wine awards management special, elegant and fresh taste. No exception is the Domain du Carre, Sancerre Blanc. The wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc, which is grown according to organic farming methods. The average age of the vines used is 24 years. In the process of vinification the wine is fermented on the lees in terms of thermoregulation within three weeks to one month. Exposure is also carried out on the lees, then the wine is filtered and bottled in the period from spring to the end of the summer.

In possession Jacky Blot is two estates - Domaine de la Taille aux Loups in appellasone Montlouis and Domaine de la Butte in appellasone Bourgeuil.
