Reviews of purchase Domaine de Courbissac, Minervois AOC, 2007
The wine is dark red in color.
Wine with bright, enveloping, well-balanced, sharp and tingling taste. Halftone wet stone, salt and roast meat add depth, and in the aftertaste present a great sense of purity and freshness.
The wine shows a bright aroma of blackberry and blueberry notes of marjoram and juniper berries.
Wine perfectly compatible with all meat dishes, as well as non-acute cheeses.
