Wine golden brown.
Wine with well-balanced taste, sensual, soft texture, hints of citrus and spices.
The aroma of the wine reveals subtle notes of citrus, white flowers, oak, toast, delicate nuances of spices.
The wine goes well with beef, pork, pasta, fish dishes, vegetarian food, bird.
After manual collection, Chardonnay immediately forwarded to the winery, where gently pressed. After the addition of natural yeast, wine slowly fermented in French oak barrels, of which 10% - new in cool cellars Domain. Regular batonnazh first made twice a week, and then reduced to once a week. After 18 months elevazha and very light filtration the wine is bottled.
