Reviews of purchase Domaine Richard Rottiers, Moulin a Vent "Foudres" AOC, 2016
The wine is bright purple.
Taste an average density of wine, dry, crisp, with good structure, hints of ripe raspberry, notes of vanilla sugar, pleasant acidity, fine-grained tannins and refreshing aftertaste.
The aroma of wine is revealed expressive notes of black currant and strawberry marshmallows, light mineral notes, hints of spice.
The wine is the perfect accompaniment of French cuisine, grilled meat, roast venison, meats, pates, cheeses.
Dry red wine Domaine Richard Rottiers, Moulin a Vent made from Gamay grapes, which was collected from 9 different areas of the vineyard. The average age of the vines is 65 years. Sophistication and wine wealth are achieved with a soft winemaking technology - maceration using CO2 and subsequent exposure: partial - in large oak vats, partly (30%) - in oak barrels. The wine has an excellent storage capacity - up to 2035.
Age of vines in the vineyards (from 30 to 80 years) and soil features allow to produce elegant, fresh wines that made Richard Rotti rising star in the French wine industry. Today, according to experts, Richard Rotti is a list of the best wine producers in France, and his Beaujolais wine critic Jancis Robinson wrote: "A great Beaujolais - one of the best in the world!"
