Wine brilliant pale yellow color.
Taste wines - harmonious and generous, with a smooth texture and pleasant hints of minerals.
The aroma of the wine reveals a rich chord of fruit notes, floral and mineral nuances.
The wine goes well with fish and seafood. Feel free to apply it to the scallops, grilled or stewed lobster. No less harmoniously complement the taste of the wine poultry dishes or white meat.
Chablis Grand Cru "Les Preuses" - great wine from a popular wine region of Chablis, famous for its white dry wines. Vineyard "Les Preuses" is located on the slopes of the hills, where the soil is rich marl and limestone rocks. The average age of the vines is 40 years. Handpicked grapes are fermented on the lees, in part - in oak barrels, partly - in stainless steel tanks, stirring regularly is a must. Excerpt lasts 12 months. As a result of Chablis Grand Cru "Les Prez" gets seductive smooth texture and a pleasant fruity taste. Wine can be enjoyed now, but sustained for a few years, it will only improve its taste.
Gradually administration was inherited by Gilles Fevre, who while studying oenology at the university met his future wife - Natalie. The fruit of their joint labors - great wines of Chablis, through the ages bearing tradition Burgundy wine.
