Wine Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fevre, Chablis Grand Cru "Les Preuses" AOC, 2012

Feb family engaged in the production of wine for over a century. Ancestor of the present owner of the winery, Gilles Febvre, Zafir cultivate their vineyards in the XIX century. The beginning of the twentieth century in the family Feb associated with the development of wine-making under the guidance of the great-grandfather of Gilles - Marcel Febvre. Being an entrepreneur at heart, as well as a visionary manager, he was able to see the potential of Chablis wines, they prophesied a great future. His father continued Bernard Fevre, which accounts for the grandfather of the present owner of the family winery. Bernard bought several vineyards in Chablis Grand Cru Class and Premiers Crus, thereby extending the territory of the company. The next period of the winery already associated with the name of his father Gilles - Jacques Febvre, who was not only able to acquire new sites, but also to revive those areas, which at one time were struck by phylloxera.

Gradually administration was inherited by Gilles Fevre, who while studying oenology at the university met his future wife - Natalie. Fascinated by a passion for winemaking, today they head company, striving not only to preserve the legacy of their ancestors, but also to expand and enrich its range. The fruit of their joint labors - great wines of Chablis, through the ages bearing tradition Burgundy wine.
