Pouilly Fume "Tradition Cullus" - is a terrific wine, the very name of which is a tribute to the ancestors. This wine from the berries from the oldest vines, whose age ranges from 40 to 70 years, is looked after by another great-grandfather of the current owner. Characteristics of the soil of the vineyard area of 50 hectares, has a southern and south-eastern exposure, which is a combination of clay and white limestone (Kimmeridgian marl), gives the wine special, typical only for this terroir taste. The wine is created from the first extraction of juice from the wort settling at a low temperature. Fermentation and aging on the lees can achieve bulk and flavor make it an ideal structure. Bottling wine comes from mixing batches of the finished wine, aged in different containers. Wine storage capacity - 10 years.
