Reviews of purchase Domaine Laroche, "Mas la Chevaliere" Rouge, 2012
Wine of intense dark ruby color.
The wine is full, but elegant taste and smooth texture. Consonant chord in the bouquet are the notes of ripe berries, cherries, fruit, spice and oak. The special charm of a rich and elegant finish velvety tannins give.
Juicy, rich flavor of the wine reveals notes of ripe red fruit, cherries and plums on a background of spicy shades and nuances of cedar and oak.
The wine goes well with braised meat, especially game. Good accompaniment for it will be pasta with sauce.
