The wine has a bright greenish-golden color.
A powerful wine with dense, rich flavor. Bright appetizing mineral tones. The finish is long, persistent.
The wine reveals clean notes of peach, ripe pineapple, white flowers and spices.
Wine perfectly complements dishes from fish and seafood, vegetables, salads, savory pastries.
"Montrachet" - an exclusive, exquisite white wine from the Domain Jacques Priёr. It is produced at the famous Burgundian vineyard Montrachet Grand Cru. The vineyard has an ideal southern exposure, here are the most coveted in the world of white wines exclusively from Chardonnay - King White Burgundy wines. The area in which it grows grapes to create this wonderful wine, has an area of 0.59 hectares on the east and south-east exposure. The soil is rich in sodium, rocky, white marl. For the production of wine grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, and then whole bunch pressed, the juice settles in the cold for 12-14 hours, alcoholic fermentation and aging take place in new oak barrels with regular battonazhem. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 21 months. The result is a perfect "Montrachet", affecting their taste and aromatic characteristics.
The year 2009 was ideal for growing grapes. After a long and cold winter came warm, dry, sunny spring. Harvesting began in September. Good weather conditions allowed not to hurry and gather grapes of excellent quality, a high degree of maturity. Vintage 2009 is elegant, attractive, rounded taste, full-bodied and silky texture.

Domain is a highly respected winemaker Nadine Gyublen, received in 1997 the title of "Winemaker of the Year" from the "Revue du Vin de France".
Martin Priёr determines the winery philosophy as follows: "... The quality of wine depends largely on the quality of grapes: only ripe and healthy berries can have a truly great wine. ... Last time we practice a method called" viticulture raisonnee "(reasonable viticulture) which, in conjunction with the biodynamic method has allowed us to achieve an optimal balance between the produced wines and grapes are grown.
