Wine Beaune Premier Cru "Champs-Pimont" from Domaine Jacques Prieur is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyard class Premiers Crus with the expressive title "Les Champs aux pieds du mont" ("The fields at the foot of the mountain"). The vineyard is located on a hillside near the suburb of the city of Beaune. Chardonnay grows in the upper part of the vineyard on the chalky soil, which contributes to the birth of mineral wines with bright, expressive character in the finish which is often felt salty notes.
For the production of delicious wines Beaune Premiers Crus "Sham-Pimonov" the grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, and then placed in a whole bunch of pneumatic presses for soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation and aging take place in 100% new oak barrels with regular batonnazhem. The wine undergoes a secondary malolactic fermentation. Wine is aged for 20 months, after which the light is born delightful "Beaune Les Champs-Pimont", fascinates with its taste and aroma.
